Looking for a job within medical devices sector in Hamburg

Hi,
I am looking for new jobs opportunities in Hamburg , at this time I am working as a sales representative specialized in Orthopedia and Trauma in a multinational company . I am planning to move out to Hamburg in a couple of months , I have a prior german knowledge and I can work in English meanwhile I learn german . I would like to know if there is a job as a sales representative which german speaking is not a mandatory element at the beginning. I am open to new opportunities within medical devices or pharma sector in Hamburg.
