i was in Tehran for a couple of years. And i could get pork and booze. Iranians drink a lot if you know them. by law it's illegal but if you know the right people you can get what you want. So the saying goes if you got the money honey we got your disease. I buy most of the stuff from Karim karn near 7 tir. they have good asian stuff that you can't get anywhere else but the prices are so high. But lately, there's a carrefour only in Tehran it;s called hypermarkt in Fardos.
The government is iran is full of sh... but the people are nice. Most iranians i know wanna get out and live else where but i hope that Iran will be able to overcome the obstacles it faces and rise to a democratic government not religious mullas and their mercedes benz. Oh one more thing don't show or give a thumbs up for good work in iran it means fcuk.
