I want to know if education in Sweden is free what should i do to exit from Iran because Isfahan university haven't exchange student program and then i want to study in undergraduate level in linguistic in Sweden please guide me in this case.

Hi.
first i think it's better to apply in master level. you have more chance to get admission in master level and in English language.
as I know, unfortunately Sweden is turning free system to fee system.
