I would like to gather some informations concerning opening shops in Israel.
I want to know specificities related to commercial lease in Israel (duration of the commercial lease, when do you negotiate the rent, etc.)

I am looking for a 50sq meters surface (approximately 30 sqm selling surface and 20 storage) in Tel Aviv, Eilat and Jerusalem.
