Hello,me and my bf just moved to Helmond and we looking for a solution .In front of our apartment there is a parking which is with pay and as this is very expensive we need to understand how can we get some permit or something for a cheapest way to park the car.We did look on the city hall site and there it is something which cost around 70 euro on month but we are looking for something more convenient ,to pay 70 euro on month just for parking is abit too much for us now.If any1 could answer this would be so thankful for the help.Thanks in advance.Regards.
