Problem in Medical for family Iqama

Dear members
I want to ask if anyone had faced any problem in the medical for their family iqama.
If someone has a medical problem like kidney problem where the blood parameters for kidneys are not in normal range, what will be outcome or any possible work around solution to get the family iqama?
