I've recently been offered a job as a English teacher in a callan method school in Barcelona. I've never taugh such method, but they said they offer formation to new teachers.
Has anyone taugh this kind of method? Could you share your experiences with it, beeing a teacher or even a student?

Interestingly, the way you learn to teach with Callan closely parallels the way Callan students learn.
The only way to succeed as a Callan teacher is to know, understand and accept the Method, which takes weeks of training and months of experience. People expecting to arrive on the first day and start changing things are not going to have a pleasant experience.
It's like questioning the way you play the piano or do karate in your first lesson: it's impossible to make the necessary judgements at this stage.
