dear abdel,
You can meet new spanish people at "intercambios" (language exchange).
In my opinion the best one is at The portland Ale house (c/ salamanca). I think is tuesdays and wednesdays at 8:00pm.
Also you might like the quizz on Sundays.
The staff are native american/english so you will have no problem at all as long as you speak english!
