Over the Edge at Mohegan Sun

Go Over the Edge for Special Olympics Connecticut! Over the Edge is a fundraiser for SOCT where participants raise pledges in exchange for the opportunity to rappel more than 30 stories from the top of Mohegan Sun’s Sky Tower! Enjoy amazing views and an exciting, unforgettable experience- all to support local Special Olympics Connecticut athletes. No previous training or experience is required. Expert technicians provide on-site training prior to the rappel.

As a non-traditional fundraiser for Special Olympics Connecticut, Over the Edge, provides a memorable and meaningful opportunity to support our athletes and our mission of inclusion while having fun. Thrill-seeking individuals of all ages, including pairs, groups and teams representing local businesses, community organizations, schools, universities, and families are encouraged to participate!

No experience is necessary. Participants must raise a minimum of $1,000 to rappel and weigh 100 lbs. or more. Pre-registration is required and space is limited.
