With having the experience of earlier handling Humsafar – PIA’s in-flight magazine, I am also an active member of the magazine production team and looking after the affairs of Humsafar as an Asst. Editor with Zia Gurchani - the Editor and DGM IFE. Aside these official jobs I am looking after the printing and the production affairs of my division with keen expertise.  Publicitas (Pvt.) Ltd, Karachi June 11th 2007 to 10th August 2008 Worked as a Project In charge for Humsafar – PIA In-flight magazine. The foremost objective was to attract professional (both International & local) writers to present their writings for publication in Humsafar magazine. In that regard, I always had to do lots of research on web and meet different kinds of people from all walks of social lives. Apart from this, I was always in contact with PIA’s top officials like GM Communications, GM Brand, GM Public Relations and rest of the officials. Beside this, I had the responsibility of production section also. That involves the data gathering for the magazine, lay outing of the articles, communication with the creative agency, responsibility for the printing of and finally to deliver the magazine to PIA successfully. Image Graphic Solutions, Karachi, June 10th 2006 to 05 May2007 Worked as an Account Manager – Business Development. The nature of work was basically a sale and marketing orientation and provides the best service to the clients Beside this I not only had to focus on the existing clients but hunt the new giants of the markets in order to get business from them also. Therefore the research factor plays an important role. For that reason I always had to keep my eyes open about what was happening in the market, what were the new sale trends happening and what marketing tactics should I present the proactive proposals to the clients. Besides marketing and sales, recovery of payments of the invoices made to the clients for their production and campaigns was also the part of my job. Argus Advertising (Pvt) Ltd, Karachi March 10th 2002 to May 10th 2006 Nature of Job: The most important job was to provide the marketing and sales expansion assistance to the respective clients with the usage of advertising and media tactics. The job also includes the Creative work that includes the preparation of the storyboard and on that shared the ideas with my creative and the production agency. Also while working on the campaigns look into the designs and exchange thoughts with the designers in order to get the best from them. Other phase of my job were to ensure planning, coordinating, directing and implementation of campaign strategies on time and within the budget. Limited, Karachi July 01, 2001 to Sep 01, 2001.
