    Sales Operations Manager is responsible for providing operational le adership to the Sales Team.
    This includes defining sales strategy, developing and executing the s ales team’s Operational Plan,
    defining and tracking sales targets, overseeing sales budgets and ex penditure, honing sales
    processes and maintaining the CRM.
    The incumbent will work alongside the existing Sales Manager, who i s an expert in the products and
    services provided by AusRegistry, and is responsible for managing e xternal partnerships, supporting
    sales activities and providing mentoring to Sales staff.
    This role is aimed at improving operational effectiveness, while allowi ng the existing Sales Manager
    to focus on partnership and sales support and mentoring. A strong in‐ depth knowledge of Sales
    cycles and Sales strategies is imperative for this role. Strategy, Plans and Budgets

    Identify, develop, implement and evaluate sales strategy, based on k nowledge of company
    objectives, market characteristics, and other factors in conjunction wit h the existing Sales
    Manager

    Develop and execute an Operational Plan that aligns with the Strategi c Plan, sales strategy
    and targets.

    Execute and maintain sales processes and initiatives in accordance with a documented
    Operational Plan.

    Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results, against the

    Operational Plan.

    Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with marketing strategy, processes
    and initiatives.

    Ensure that sales operations are conducted within the constraints of t he departmental
    budget.

    Define operating plans, processes and procedures, working with the existing Sales Manager.
