i have no experience with this but maybe you can find something on jobs4jobs.com, eurojobs.com, tavelworks.co.uk or maybe on this page in the "jobs" section? you could also try and contact some hotels there directly. i imagine some are desparate for english-speaking stuff during high season....

I live here in Greece, full time..!
Most jobs in the summer are full time on...24/7....
with little money.... I`m not trying to put you off.....
