Brothers please let me know, how many days before the expiry date of the visit VISA, I can apply for the extension(through online portal (moi.gov.sa).
6 more days are left for the VISA expiry i am still unable to extend it.I get an error message as "Sorry!! The Visit Visa (VV) can be extended only within the (seven) days before expiry date or within 3 day after expiry date.

Dear Mr.Khader,
I checked with my friend, Just keep the printed paper of visa extension for your records. On online renewal It get electronically recorded & updated in the MOI system so you do not need a Chamber of commerce on it.

Dear Mr. Samir,
Can you please ask your friend who got renewed his parents visit visa, whether the printed paper of visa extension is required to get attestation from Chamber of Commerce because there is not logo of MOI in the visa extension paper.

Hello Rasheed,
I was able to extend the VISA through the online portal on 4th Sep. 2014,9th Sep. being the expiry date.
You should be able to do it 5 days before.Regards
