Hi! apology but not speak English well but I can help. you're rent an apartment you can find on the following page: http://www.gallito.com.uy/Alquiler_Apartamentos, I recommend renting in Pocitos, Punta Carretas, diving or Malvin, are neighborhoods near the center of the city but are safe , center or old town which is where the business at night is not very nice-insurance.
