Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Southwell October 2021

Funhouse Comedy Club, is back at The Final Whistle, Southwell on Wednesday October 13th for more fun and laughter.

Topping the bill is the cheeky and camp Stephen Bailey, who's appeared on TV's 'Live at The Apollo', 'Big Brother's Bit On The Side' and done warm-ups for 'Let's Lunch with Gino and Mel' and 'Loose Women'. With his sharp wit and warm persona he soon has his audiences fascinated.

Opening the night will be plummy, funny and firey, Diane Spencer, an award-winning comedian with a rapidly growing YouTube channel of over 10K subscribers and 1 million views. She has performed worldwide including The Laugh Factory and world famous Improv (LA), received critical acclaim at the Edinburgh Fringe festival and appeared on several TV programmes including Red Light Comedy Live from Amsterdam.

Completing the line-up is the deadpan Peter Brush, who was a finalist in the BBC New Comedy Award 2013 and has written for BBC Radio 4's 'The News Quiz'; as well as supporting Arthur Smith and Stephen K Amos on tour. Sometimes referred to as a geek, his mind seems to find the oddities in 'normality'! His imaginative use of words and strange lines of thought, results in unique and sharp material.

Compere for the night is the amiable and animated Spiky Mike.
