  I am a UK trained psychotherapist, specialized in trauma, anxiety, stress management, self-esteem and relationship issues.

  I have several years of experience in the areas of mental health, therapy and personal development and work with a variety of psychological, emotional and spiritual issues including:

  self-esteem, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, depression, relationship and intimacy problems, issues related to sexuality, loss and grief, trauma and post-traumatic stress, abuse, bereavement, difficulty expressing emotions, low self-esteem, lack of purpose/meaning of life and psychedelic integration.

  I hold a private practice and offer one to one counseling for adolescents and adults in central Lisbon and online sessions over Skype.
