Greetings to you all members of this Forum, please I need some advice from you,
Am from Nigeria seeking asylum here in Germany and I have a girlfriend who is about 4 months pregnant now, we are not living in the same city but we both in Westfalen. Please I will like to know what steps to take to sign the Vaterschaft and Sorgerecht, am I able to sign all this papers before child birth, and what are the documents required?
Please help me I need your advice.

Dann in der Abteilung Durchlaufen, benötigt das Verfahren der Registrierung von Ihnen. Die Agentur bietet nicht an Ihren Dokumenten Anforderungen. Sie werden in ein Flüchtlingslager während der Rücksicht des falls zu Leben. Diese Regeln gelten für alle.

You did not mention what nationality your partner is and on what visa she is in Germany, and those of the baby once born.
Vaterschaft and Sorgerecht are given after birth, not before. Approach the Standesamt of the birth place for this.
