1. BDE 2023 is supported by Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University United International College (UIC) and Beijing Normal University at Zhuhai (BNU Zhuhai.
2. Accepted papers will be published in the International Conference Proceedings, which will be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus, and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).
3. Professor Hongyuan Cha from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Professor Jianxin Pan from Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Data Science and Interdisciplinary Studies, Gong Zhang from Huawei and Keke Zhao from Ant Financial will be the keynote speakers.
