The aim of CCIOT 2023 is to provide a forum for the scientists to present their latest research results and perspectives for future work in the IoT and Cloud Computing field. CCIOT 2019 was successfully held in Tokyo, Japan during September 20-22, 2019. CCIOT 2019 conference proceedings（ISBN:978-1-4503-7241-1） is archived in the ACM Digital Library on November 20, 2019 and have been indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus on February 1, 2020.
