Celebrate Concorde’s human and engineering triumphs
We would like to invite you to join us for a special Gala Dinner underneath the wing of the magnificent flagship G-BOAC Concorde at Manchester Airport's Runway Visitor Park. You will also be able to share the unique memories and experiences of former Concorde and current Boeing 777 pilot, John Tye; flight engineer on the last ever Concorde flight, Warren Hazelby; and former Concorde pilot Andy Mills who flew the last fully commercial, scheduled flight.
Next year will mark the 50-year anniversary since the first commercial Concorde flight and this dinner is part of an important project to raise money to keep the memories of Concorde alive for generations to come. Central to this is sourcing and archiving film footage and to record new interviews with Concorde pilots and engineers, along with other staff and passengers.
