This two-part experience is meant to support you in building a self-care practice with integration techniques. When we practice self-care, we often focus on the experience more than the slow application of inner wisdom in daily life. Integration is not a prescribed process. It is emotionally learned and applied until the last breath. We will work together in understanding the wisdom and practicality of self-care, healing and relaxation.

Can we remember the feeling of being a human without the distractions of busy-ness? Do we know where our energy is spent and what it costs us to live the lives we do?

The multiple personas we carry through life peak at a crisis as a call to adventure to discover our true self. Are you at a point in your life where change is calling you? Is your body sending signals of distress? Do you have emotions with unexplained origin or completely clouding your mind and distracting you from being happy and creative?

What is Breathwork:
Breathwork is an ancient modality connecting body, mind and heart. It allows people to process trapped emotions and trauma stored in the body for years.
