I just read a story on Spiegel online which shocked me: According to a new study, more than 14% of German teenagers can be considered as "anti-foreigners", while more than 5% fall into the category of the righ extreme with Nazi-tendencies.
Surprisingly, the bad reputation of foreigners seems to be higher in those regions with little foreigners (so those regions where people don't even know what they talk about!!!).

To me - this is just another example of human ignorance, but for a foreigners living in Germany, these numbers are pretty scary!

Well I don't know why you keep arguing with me with your poor false assumptions such as I hate Germans or I failed, etc. Sorry, but your arguments are starting to not make sense.
Why is it a revenge while I've been saying Germans not wanting more immigrants are due to the consequence of mismanagement by their government. Without understanding the root cause of the problem, we'd be just blaming each other forever, and I'm just trying to spell out to Auslander that it won't get any better in Germany unless the German government starts listening to the people. How does that make me hate the Germans?

I will participate there. I'm sorry you can't see that there are so many successful immigrants here, especially in Toronto. I participate in local language exchange meetup every week, and I meet recent immigrants all the time. I have yet to meet one immigrant who is sick and tired of Canada and can't wait to get out. Majority of them love it here. You ask immigrants in Germany how they like it there. Their answer will most likely be, "well, you know, it's Germany." and most Auslander understand what that means.
And I tried to explain to you that I was one of immigrants, whom you claim are suffering from daily racism in Canada. And I have noticed a couple incidents that could have been racism related that I have experienced personally, but they were nothing comparable.
My question to you is then, have you been an immigrant yourself? Are you a visible minority yourself? And how long have you lived in Germany to be such an expert? I told you how it has been for me as a visible minority immigrant and for most of immigrants I know in Canada and in Germany. While I don't deny your stories, I've only heard those stories on TV and radio. And it's getting very tiresome to be accused of hating Germans, failing in germany, and apparently I'm closed minded now. LOL what's next? Personal attack much? And Apart from racism, I actually enjoyed many aspects of living in Germany, so I don't know why you keep deeming my time there a failure. LOL nice try, judge Judy!

Hello, I read many of your comments were interssantes more ha un indeed very large as if someone said 14% of school kids are racist is because it feeds the family environment and the bottom the country contributes to this.
I AM BLACK AND MORENO RACE OR COLOR IS BLACK AM ARE YOU ALL who spoke against the black race in Brazil are racist against black Brazileiro own spit in the face, Spain is worse treat people badly, Norouga Germany, Russia, see the black race as the third generation of the world which makes comque when they go sightseeing in many African countries and Latin sejem attacked because they are worse than animals, I vacation palace in the United States and some European countries and I always see the same things bias with dark black skin, and if you guys un un lives in Germany with Germany and do not suffer racism is because they're un them and protect you, if you will follow and respect the rich as a bitch.

You keep twisting your words and die to give the message to world that Germans don't want immigrants, to show that Germans are racists. I'll repeat here Canadians are also against any type of immigration as they see new immigrants as threat to them. It is their govt. which is imposing immigration policies. Canadians are also victim of their govt.'s regime as its the Canadian govt.that lets them in against will of the people. But as you failed in Germany and trying your best to take your grudge out so you can only see German not welcoming immigrants (ultimately you claim they are racists) and do not touch how Canadians are against immigration.
I repeat again, I understand why Germans are not happy to have immigrants as they only get least wanted people in the world as asylum seekers. These illiterate people come to Germany with false passport and asylum. Canada has proper screening then why crime rate of Canada is higher than Germany? Homicide rate in Canada is 1.62 while Germany stands at 0.84 in 2010. Don't we get best out of best immigrants then why we have higher crime rate?
I don't know why I am debating with a person who simply hates Germans as he failed in Germany and he thinks if he twists his words by saying that Germans do not want immigrants then he can prove his biased opinion that they are racists. You are pretty revengeful person and as you cannot take revenge of your failure in Germany so now you try hard to misguide many people on this forum. With this sort of negativity you carry I doubt that you are a happy soul... Neither Germans nor Canadian want immigrants difference is that Germans are tired of false asylum seekers and Canadians are tired of highly qualified brown and also E.Asian immigrants. So you can see who is more closed minded.

You keep referring to generous Germans who invite Auslander to Germany, but it's the German government that lets them in against will of the people. If Germans had more say in who and how many are allowed to Germany, I probably wouldn't be discussing in this forum.
It's not that the German angels are saving the world. The reality is, Germans are also the victims of their own government's agendas.
You mentioned that Germans can't trust foreigners because they often commit crimes, but the problem is that their government doesn't have a proper screening system.

That politician left the country as he is no more welcomed by his own people. While former prime minister of Canada Brian Mulroney attempted to cover up $300000 which he got as bribery is still seen as hero of Canada.
BTW corruption is a different story and you will find plenty of political scandal in UK than in Germany. Just look today's newspaper "the telegraph" and you will see its full of MP's expense and corruption stories. About big accounts in Swiss or Lichtenstein banks I can only say, which country has no hidden accounts. This is wrong but this is filthy political games of some black sheep and not every Brit, Canadian or German should put in same pot with these black sheep.
Trust me I met many Germans and its not about date its about dealing, some were/are awesome while some were/are just assholes. I also met liar Germans but they were far less in numbers than those i had from other countries.

Learn to treath people as Individuals to avoid Nationalism.If I `m wrong tell me so, then say why you disagree with me. No steriotyping.I agree with you.Germans are good at laughing infront of you ,but behind the mock you and laugh.Have you seen man with double face.What of the politician who leid about his qualification.You really need to date more germans then you will find out.Lies is every where in germany.

How about some of those rich ones who stached money in lichenstein banks and lied about it.I know them because Lived and married one before. The family you don`t know what lies the lived on until I discovered it . My ex was ashemed.One of the parent try as much to convince me.Supposen somebody leid on their earnings , what do you call that.Theirs no actual slum the Uk as your thinking.

The areas affected are full with people with unemployment problems / single parenting. I think before the riot there was already some social breakdown among the young generations raised up by single parent.Most trouble is with children with single parent. Not afraid of the police/ law.While in germany the most minorities out of jobs are the Turkisch people ,but with good family background and ties. The German single parent recieves good pay out from government .The represent the meaningful demography of germany society. That is the children of tomorrow.more to add

Patrick, there is one thing about Germans, they do not trust Auslaender. I think its not that they are racists, they are scared to believe in Auslaender stories, and I tell you why. Its that many Auslaender took asylum to Germany with false stories (lies), even those who came with true stories not all but many of them misused the system. My last dentist is one of them. Germans are too honest and straight forward in their dealings and opposite to Canadians who are superficial...a German will tell you that he does not trust you. Believe me if you are person with color Canadians will also not trust you but they will play their cards on your back.
I've also many other examples of foreigners who stole the stuff from karstadt and other stores and you know how they did, they switched the shoes in shoe box and German sales person trusted them. Of course later in Camera they probably saw that who did it. Sure there must be Germans who do the same trick but I've seen many auslaender who cheat the system much better than Germans. I'd one university class mate who told me that his father is mentally disable so he was taking benefit of that. He was leaving his father in big stores and if father came out with something without paying then he took it from him. Once he showed me an expensive jacket that how he got for free through his father. I asked him that what will happen if they catch his father and he said, they did couple of times but he looked mentally unstable so they left him. These are some examples set by Auslaender and they are enough to support Germans to not trust Auslaender. Its sad Germans go for stereotyping but I tell you if educated doctors like that I had is also misusing the system then whom to trust. Seriously I'll also think twice before going to any Auslaender dentist.
But somewhere you're right as I think too much trust in your own people can lead you to nationalism.

I belive your story .A friend of mine had similar thing but with an optician given wrong glasses.This was a german old Doctor. He only apologised, corrected the situation . The victim was an American.Germans are good at making good things happen when it involves two Auslanders no question about it. Then when it involves you Auslander and them , then they will check wether you have commited any offence before, just to polarize the situation. I had a divorce, I had a car accident which was not my fault. A stationary car parked properly on the road side, just like other cars. Only that the company owner of the truck are the big wigs in german trucking business.It was really a big fight before the police gave me my right, I took up a jewisch Lawyer and everybody were queit again.Their divorce inshort was laughable not like in North America.I don`t feel like discussing it. I have put it behind me already.My life has since moved on good.
