Dr. Alphy S. Puthiyidom practices as a gynecologist with a special interest and proficiency in complex and advanced laparoscopic surgery, urogynecology and pelvic reconstructive surgery. She is often called upon as a tertiary referral for difficult surgical procedures.
Dr. Alphy possesses 12 years of experience in gynecology and Minimally Invasive Surgeries. After obtaining her MD in Obstetrics and Gynecology, she did her Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery from the Sunrise Institute of Medical Sciences in India, with further training in Advanced Laparoscopy and Oncology from IRCAD, Strasbourg, France
She is also trained for Infertility Management and Assisted Reproductive Techniques (ART) from the Institute of Reproductive Medicine, Kolkata, India. In addition, she has received training in Gynaecological Oncology from Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology, Bangalore, India.
