Interesting question. I think is depend on how much understanding between the both partner exist. Men and womans are very different.
A woman like to talk about feelings and everything, the man just react without much words. To find the middle way is most difficult. And U have to think about the imagination needs of your partner and be creativ. Is not easy but a real good partner know the most intimate wishes of the other one and try to help.
