Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Chilwell, Notts November 2021

Funhouse Comedy Club brings another great night of laughter to The Garage, Chilwell (Barton's) Nottingham, on Friday November 12th.

Topping the bill is comedian and writer John Ryan who has appeared on TV in such shows as, 'The Weakest Link', 'Watchdog' and 'Bring It On' and also presents on Liberty Radio as well as having written for 'Teletubbies'. His cutting wit, vast awareness of the world around him and affable persona keep his audiences totally hooked.

Opening the show will be Presenter, Broadcaster, Writer, Actor and Comedian Ian Stone. An International comedian, including performing for the troops, he has made numerous TV and Radio appearances including 'Mock The Week', 'Never Mind The Buzzcocks' and 'Saturday Live'. He wrote for 'The Omid Djalili show' on BBC1, 'The Sketch Show' on ITV and 'Alistair McGowan's Big Impression' on BBC 1. Audiences can't get enough of his edgy and challenging approach, which is supported by a relaxed and excusatory manner.

Completing the line-up is Pete Phillipson, originally from Lincolnshire but based in Manchester, he has been building a name for himself on the circuit as a very funny act over the last few years, mixing fast-paced observations and routines with wonderful characterisations.

Compere for the night will be Barry Dodds winner of Best MC, Midlands Comedy Awards for 4 years running and co-star of the 'The ParaPod Movie' which is currently selling out cinemas, who enthrals the crowd with his energy, spirit and tantalizing wit.
