Hye Steaks Cookoff and Cocktail Competition

Join us for our first-ever Hye Steaks Cookoff and Cocktail Competition! This one-of-a-kind event is presented by The Texas Beef Council and will be hosted at our distillery in Hye, TX.

We'll have 13 Chefs from all over the Lone Star State serving 8 different steak dishes. The high-quality steaks for these dishes will be provided by the Texas Beef Council. We will also have four Mixologists from Central Texas serving four unique Garrison Brothers Bourbon Cocktails, complimentary beer provided by Independence Brewing and wine tastings provided by William Chris. Johnny McGowan and the Cowboy Trio will be the live entertainment for the evening. There will also be a live auction benefiting the Texas Restaurant Foundation, trick roping, leather stamping, complimentary boot Fittings from Alvies Boots, and a local hat vendor

Tickets are $125 each and all proceeds will benefit the Texas Restaurant Foundation and Good Bourbon for a Good Cause.
