- Dear host family! I was an au pair currently in my country Brazil from 2003 to 2005 and in USA from 2006 to 2007, which was a live-in position. In this last experience I lived with an American police family, and I cared of 2 boys at the same time, two years old, and a little baby, 6 months old. My English is good and I can prove greats experiences. Let me tell a little bit about me. I love cinema, I see almost all kind of movies, but I like especially those that show the human relationship with sensibility. I like even some movies made for children, I love Disney and Pixar movies. I think I have fun more than the children themselves, because I laugh at the cinema more than they do. When I’m free, I go to the cinema with my friends from my building, it’s our favorite activity. I hope one day to take your children with me to see a good movie and then talk about it with them. I think we have a lot to learn from each other. And I love do some sports too. There are other hobbies and activities that are also interesting to me, I like going out and travelling, and I love drawing and listening to music. Traveling and exploring new cultures is my other love in life. I am cheerful, patient, have a sense of humor, responsible, a person who loves children and animals. I am easy to get along with and am a very hard worker. It is very important to me that people are honest, because I am also honest. I really dislike conflicts. I am capable of dealing with stressful moments. I think I am flexible and self-confidence. I don’t want to be their nanny only, but like an older sister. I want to be their friend and share good moments with them. I love to be an au pair because I really love kids, and I love to care of, learn and have fun with them. =)
