- I performed various analytical duties while demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills in implementing creative and innovative solutions to various complex issues by analyzing all data and processes. I maintained constant coordination with system architects, business sponsors, and other senior professionals and regularly monitor project plan and deliverables including requirement documents issues identification, system defects, test plans, and use of metrics. I conducted pre- and post-implementation review and sign-off and utilize effective techniques and strategies to promote continuous process improvement; determined and applied contingency plans and accomplish risk management assessments. My duties included planning, organizing and leading problem-solving and decision-making sessions to identify issues and improve productivity among team members. I was the project lead of specific Medicare Advantage Billing activities including quality control on all premium invoices and I also acted as a subject matter expert on current delinquency process for all Medicare Advantage members which encompasses review of accounts on an individual basis. In order to achieve all this I engaged in process and operational improvement initiatives while establishing and cultivating professional relationship throughout the organization. This was a perfect employment but due to family reasons I am relocating to Europe and I am looking for a similar position.
