Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy night in Towcester October 2021

Funhouse Comedy is back at Towcester Mill Brewery, on Thursday October 28th for more fun and laughter.

Topping the bill is the hilarious Jonny Awsum, who appeared on ITV's Britain's Got Talent 2017 and cajoled Ant and Dec into joining his audition! Starting out as barman at The Chuckle Club for eight years he then decided to take to the stage. With his guitar and musical parodies he amuses his audiences charming them with his warm and friendly persona, his style of audience participation is second to none. He has presented for Sky Sports, been warm up act for Big Brother and Loose Women and also starred in several adverts including Cravendale, The Post Office, Experian and even Puntigamer beer in Austria.

Opening the night will be the laidback Michael Fabbri who has been tour support for Micky Flanagan, Lucy Porter, and Stephen K Amos. With a dark and honest approach to some of life's more touchy subjects he shifts between harsh, controversial topics and light-hearted silliness resulting in a diverse and brilliantly funny act.

Completing the line-up is the unique Alex Farrow, a former teacher whose nerdy material is based on observations surrounding the sciences of culture.

Compere for the night will be Pete Teckman who has been crowned Silver Stand Up of the Year 2017 at Leicester Comedy festival, an award for comedians over 40 years of age, with his mix of self deprecating and empirical humour.
