(except for the rapture, when that happens all bets are off, but there will likely be some Petra concerts in Heaven!) If for some reason you cannot attend, please let us know about it at least 7 days before the event and we will try to work with you to get tickets to a new event, to donate the tickets to someone who can not afford them, or in some limited cases re-sell them and provide a refund.
