The Ebonized Weekend (Feb 18th and 20th: Hosted By Latavia Roberson (Destiny Child Member)

Are you ready to be ebonized? Then come out to a full-pledged of events during The Ebonized Weekend. Starring The Ebonizer herself, The Ebonized Weekend is a two-day event hosted by original Destiny Child member, Latavia Roberson, and Dr. Mr. Yeah ( Owner of 101 The Vibe FM and State Manager of Fleet DJs KY).

The first event is The Ebonized Concert on Friday, Feb. 18th at 7 pm. The purpose of this event is to celebrate the 30th birthday of The Ebonizer (CEO of Music Evolved Records and Entertainer). She will be headlining the event featuring MER signed artists: DJ Spazzout, The Lyrical Assassin, and Starr Baby. The event also will also showcase local artists in the Baton Rouge/New Orleans area to give them a platform to highlight their talents. A percentage of the ticket sales from the event will be given to a youth nonprofit in the area.

The second event is The Ebonized Book Launch on Sunday, Feb. 20th at 11 am. The purpose of this event is to celebrate the release of The Ebonizer's book, "Ebonized Part 1: Self Identity". It is centered on the themes of mental health and self-identity and the impact it has on the music/entertainment industry. The event will feature local speakers, inspirational artists and be closed by a powerful speech and performance by The Ebonizer. A percentage of the tickets sales from this event will be donated to a local nonprofit that is geared towards mental health and awareness.
