Tax for offshore workers in Egypt

Hi, my company took from my salary 20% for Egyptian tax. Is it possible to get refund of paid tax. I live in Poland and working on offshore vessel. Main office company is from Norway but money coming from Cyprus.
Any advice how to deal with this. Maybe some know any company to go with.
