CheF D does something quite nice with his “food work” mixing Thai, Japanese, and Chinese influences with Jamaican jerk, snapper, goat, plantain, and other traditional entrées into extraordinary dishes

BOWL/APPETIZER/SALAD
Homemade blackened fish and plantain with green and red peppers in a bed of organic spinach.
SOUP
Thai red curry & coconut milk soup with basmati rice and steamed tuna and eclectic seasoning.
ENTRÉE
Jerk Chicken with rice and beans, covered in nice Jamaican sauce.
OR
Jerk Salmon with rice and beans, covered in nice Thai sauce with a side avocado.

Rum & Raison Ice Cream

You can take the L train to Les Vallées station and it's a 2 min walk from there.
