The height of the summer really challenges to give to yourself. After the thrust of Spring has dispersed, we are left to be deeply nourished by the heat of the sun, to relax in the long days and to drop layers and connect joyfully with those around us.

Start the day with relaxing yoga, spend the afternoon having a massage or cooling off in the pool and end the day with soothing meditation and looking at the stars.
