new challenge !!

Hi everyone !! I m Daniel, im thinking move to Lincoln . I m looking a new challenge / get a new job! Can anyone tell me if is hard to find something in hospitality in this place? i think that would be great to make some news friends in this area....all suggestions are welcome !
