2021 Inaugural Casa Classic

For 23 years, CASA Volunteers have provided an individualized voice and advocated for interventions and services that improve outcomes of well-being, safety, and permanency for our children. CASA Volunteers ensure that children are placed in appropriate, safe, and nurturing environments to expedite permanency, so they are not lingering in foster care unnecessarily. Each CASA volunteer monitors a single case at a time and remains on for the life of the case until a permanent home is found. These volunteers are not experts in child welfare, but they are experts in care, compassion, and empathy. They bring hope to children trapped in a system that is overwhelmed and under-resourced.

Join CASA for Douglas County at Oak Hills Country Club for a fun-filled day of golfing. Hosted by Friends of CASA with event chairs Melanie White and Cassie Jetter, you are certain to have a great time as you tee off on the beautiful Oak Hills Golf Course. Participants will be welcomed to the event with lunch on the course,18 rounds of golf, golf cart, drinks, dinner, player packs and an opportunity to win some fantastic raffle prices. There will be a very short program at the conclusion of golf and you will be on your way. I can't think of a better thing to do on a Monday in August.
