Blood Lake Haunted Trail at Windy Hill

Our full show with live actors and special effects is open 7:30 to 10:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays in October.

There is a lower age limit of 9 for our trails (see our other listings or website for information about the less intense "No-Startle" Thursdays, with no age limit).

For those who want to get gross, check out our "Spatter Alley" trail add-on experience!

General admission on Fridays and Saturdays is $18 per person. The Spatter Alley add-on is an additional $12, which includes t-shirt. Tickets are available online at www.bloodlakeva.com or at the gate in the Windy Hill pro shop.

The general admission to Blood Lake includes two terrifying haunted trails for your screaming pleasure:

Brood X haunted trail: Every 17 years, the cicada brood emerges from the ground to continue their cycle of life and death. However, brood 10 at Blood Lake isn't like any other: this swarm of mutants is out for blood, and they are so grateful that you stopped by to help them for the next 17 years!

13 Candles: On her 13th birthday, poor Lily and her friends didn't survive as their activity bus plunged into Blood Lake. But that didn't stop her family from throwing her a wild birthday party that night, and wouldn't you know that the guest of honor and her companions still found a way to make an appearance!

13 Candles "Spatter Alley": Starting October 15th, guests can purchase a Spatter Alley upgrade. The birthday party really gets out of hand when Lily decides to start blowing minds! Adventurous guests will run the gauntlet of brains, blood, guts, slime, ooze, and all manner of colorful zombie mess as they witness Lily's ability to flip lids! We provide a t-shirt, but yes, you will get wet and stained. Those going through the Spatter Alley must sign a waiver before entering.
