Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Towcester November 2023

Funhouse Comedy is back at Towcester Mill Brewery on Thursday November 30th for a laughter-packed night.

Topping the bill is sharp and intuitive Irishman Keith Farnan, who has performed as a stand-up all over the world, from Montreal, to Amsterdam, to Hong Kong and has appeared on radio and TV including Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow. Both charismatic and bold he delivers his witty anecdotes with impressive ingenuity and a twinkle in his eye. His scintillating and sometimes biting material never fails to enthral his audiences.

Opening the night will be the somewhat cynical and gloomy Mike Gunn, who despite this has the ability to get the crowd on his side, however far he pushes! In his first Edinburgh Festival Show, he appeared as a funeral director! He has appeared on numerous TV programmes, including Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow (BBC1), Celebrity Deal or no Deal (CH 4), and Harry Hill’s TV Burp (ITV). He has also been a contributor for The Guardian and written for Time Out, The List and Match of the Day Magazine and was support for Lee Mack on a huge theatre tour.

Also appearing is the very funny Graeme Collard discussing his unique reasons for being a vegetarian and his observations on every day scenario’s and confusions.

Compere for the night will be Pete Teckman who has been crowned Silver Stand Up of the Year 2017 at Leicester Comedy festival, an award for comedians over 40 years of age, with his mix of self deprecating and observational humour.
