Mid-city Artisans Grand Opening

Grand Opening Celebration!

Free music, Boo's BBQ, Caliente's Mexican, and others will offer food, and, of course, demonstrations by many of the artisans with items in the store. We will have drawings for a gift cards, and other prizes.

Friday: open 10 – 9 with the Island Fever band from 5-9.

Saturday: open 10- 9 several youth bands from Baton Rouge Music Studios will perform live from 11:30am – 4:00pm. BRMS is a local group using music education as a medium to build community, increase confidence and self-esteem in individuals of all ages and abilities. Larouge will provide the evening music from 5-9.

Sunday: open 12-5 with music from Rhet Anthony Glindmeyer from 2-5.

Mid-City Artisans offers a variety of items provided by over 50 artisans including fine art, photography, candles, jewelry, furniture, home decor, pottery, soap and more.

A virtualization station will allow a customer to email them a picture of a room in their house, then select a digital image of an item in the store and see it in their room.
