The Woman's Board of Rush University Medical Center's 2022 Fall Benefit: Illuminate

On Friday, September 16 at 6:30pm, The Woman's Board of Rush University Medical Center will host its annual Fall Benefit, a fundraiser supporting the Medical Center's education, research and community service programs as well as The Woman's Board Fund for Excellence in Cellular Therapy.

Themed "illuminate," the Fall Benefit will feature passed appetizers and food stations by Food For Thought, a Live Auction hosted by professional auctioneer Alyssa Quinlan of Hindman, a Super Raffle (with only 100 tickets sold to win a prize of $5,000), a Silent Auction with fabulous prizes, and an unforgettable dancefloor with world-renowned DJ Madrid, along with a surprise musical performance by a special guest.

Erin Ritchie and Sonja Smith will co-chair the 2022 Fall Benefit, proceeds of which benefit The Woman's Board Fund for Excellence in Cellular Therapy. The Fund will facilitate the work of RUSH physician-scientists introducing exciting but highly complex cellular therapies into patient care. Providing for care coordination, research to further personalize these novel therapies and support for patients undergoing treatment, the Fund will strengthen RUSH's current position as a destination program in the Midwest for lung cancer, melanoma and hematologic malignancies-areas where cell therapies are rapidly advancing.
