Does anybody know yoga classes in English, Russian or Spanish in Bremen?

  If you are really want to start yoga classes and confused in English, Spanish, Russian. You can start yoga at home. You can start from simple yoga poster like Hatha yoga. Hatha yoga gives relaxation to whole body.
