Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a simple and natural way to meditate, working on the body’s subtle system to bring balance and a greater sense of well-being to our lives. It can also help to relieve stress and improve your health. 
With this Meditation we normally sit on chairs to achieve yoga, effortlessly and spontaneously. So there is no need for mats and no special clothing required.
