Hello,
My friend ask your previous employer to cancel your visa. After visa cancellation stamp on your passport, you will have 30 days grace period to stay in Bahrain. During that period, your new employer will apply your visa & it will be processed within one month hopefully. You may be needing NOC letter from your previous employer for new visa.
