Publicerade inlägg i Peru forum

I am looking for some new friends who can also help me with any advice, information or tips to moving to Peru.
I have been there only once but i know that Peru is my calling.
I currently have dual citizenship and would like to know more about...
visa's, working, living, buying a home, property, laws and such etc...
Any information, links, websites would be grateful.
I hope with some of your help i also make some new friends here.
Thank you.

I'm a current real estate agent and I've recently moved from Peru to USA to work here but I'm extremely missing my city (Lima). I'm very happy to hear that you're going to move here and first thing that I should say about this place that it's really comfortable to live in. The climate is smooth, so you won't be disappointed by the seasons change thoroughout the year. Language is quite hard to comprehend, but many peruvians know english as they attend english speaking schools, so be ready. Real estate here varies depending on your personal preferences, but I ve worked with many contractors and construction companies and may say that there are few really efficient and easy to work with. one is one of these, I advise you to pay attention if you see the Hardman-de label.
