6th Annual Beautifully Loved Fashion Show

We are having our 6th annual Fashion Show. Teen patients of Dell's Children's' Blood and Cancer Center are models who are pampered and celebrated.

AUSTIN, Texas - On February 16h, the 6th Annual Beautifully Loved Fashion Show will be held at Fair Market. This event
is hosted by local organization, Beautifully Loved. The event is unique in that the show’s models are teen patients from the
CBCC. They receive full model treatment of clothing fittings, hair, makeup, swag bags to take home. A portion of ticket
sales go back to the Hungry Bunch teen support group that meets once a month for fun activities. The Hungry Bunch
allows teens to build supportive friendships and a strong support system with other teens dealing with cancer and blood
disorders.
Six years ago the fashion show started as a dream in the heart of Aysa Province and the end result was more than we could have
imagined! As a volunteer with the cancer clinic, she realized that she could do something to remind patients of their strength and
beauty. The Dell Children’s Blood and Cancer Fashion Show was created in 2015.
From the fashion show’s ability to help build confidence and self love, Beautifully Loved was created to do more programs for all
ages and their families through experiences of wellness, beauty and fashion. These programs are created to help empower and
bring reminders that they are seen, not alone and so loved.
We currently have 28 teen models who are all teen patients dealing with pediatric cancer (or a survivor) or a blood disorder. They
range in ages from 12-21 years old.
As part of the event, there will be music, food trucks, bar, live screen printing, shopping from local vendors, kids activities, a silent
auction and a beautiful fashion show.
Tickets are being sold online, on our website and facebook, as well as at the door.
