Niyogi books invites all for a riveting discourse on one of the burning issues of today's time. It is about the beautiful state of Jammu & Kashmir, which has been a talking point since 1947. What can be done about the urge for freedom (Azadi) raging in the hearts of most Kashmiris? The question is: 'Azadi from whom? From India? From the armed forces? Or from the separatists who talk about joining forces with Pakistan?’The paradise called Kashmir is still burning and it is the innocent people who have suffered the most. Our discussion focuses on ‘Who is responsible for the loss of paradise?’

Moderator: Mr Wajahat Habibullah- Eminent author and retired civil servant.

Panelists: Irfan Nabi and Nilosree Biswas, authors of Alluring Kashmir: The Inner Spirit, a pictorial journey through the Kashmir Valley, and Sanchit Gupta, author of The Tree with a Thousand Apples, a gripping novel about the impact of insurgency on young people in Kashmir.
