Guided by Christina Yu Yu, Matsutaro Shoriki Chair, Art of Asia, at the MFA, this new video tour offers an ideal introduction to the splendors and subtleties of Korean art. The Arts of Korea gallery opened in November 2012 and showcases the collection’s strengths in decorative arts, 11th to 13th-century celadon ceramics from the Hoyt collection, and spectacular pieces of lacquer and metalwork.

The video tour of the Arts of Korea at the MFA will be available for free public viewing on June 4, 2021 at 6 pm on the KCCDC website (washingtondc.korean-culture.org) and social media channels (@Koreaculturedc) as well as the MFA website (mfa.org) and social media channels (@mfaboston).
