Sleepless in Malaysia

Hi Guys,

I'm wondering if you could share your techniques on how to have better sleep. I work during daytime and study at night, as you can see, I only have few hours to rest but because I'm having sleep disorders, I end up with no rest at all, I tried drinking milk before going to sleep, reading books (end up finishing the whole book) nothing helps to be honest, I don't want to rely on and medication to have good sleep, anyone here can recommend any alternative way for me to get good night sleep?
