Looking for a flatmate Rotterdam center

Hi!! I am Paz, and my flatmate is going to star living with her boyfriend, so a room is getting free in my flat, and
I am looking to share the flat with a nice and clean girl.
The flat is just in the enter of Rotterdam in pannekoekstraat and it´s a new flat.
My rent cost 600 euros and my flatmate pays 600 euros too, so i guess this is the price (this is a questin to talk with my landlord)
