How many months ban in Saudi Arabia for moving without exit

Hi friends, Few months back i left Saudi Arabia for vacation of 3 months and I didnt go back to Saudi Arabia. So I would like to know for how many months I will be banned to go back Saudi. How is the month calculated is it from date of expiry of visa. Some one help me in this. Is there any link which could help me to clear this issue. Seeking help

    I ASK FINAL EXIT FROM COMPANY 3 MONTHS BACK ...THEY DELAYED AND IN THE END TODAY THEY GIVE ME EXIT RE ENTRY OF 28 DAYS MY IQAMA EXPIRING IN 35 DAYS.... CAN I COME BACK ON NEW VISA??? i HAVE VISA READY... HOW CAN THEY STOP ME??? HOW TO CHECK BEFORE COMING IF THEY FILLED A CASE IN MINISTRY TO BLOCK ME TO ENTER?? pLEASE REPLY SOON BROTHER....

    only the jawazat knows because far as i have observed, there's no such thing as definite rules and regulations that govern the banning of a certain in individual from entering the KSA. Hearsays and make-believe stories could not be trusted. I have a villamate before he went for an emergecy vacation and didn't not come back after 3 months and in the 4th month, i saw him here in the Kingdom in other company with a new visa and new employer. So as i said, no definite rules governing this issue.

    Hi Satheesh ,

    Dont listen at all what this Gary cruz is telling you as he know nothing . I dont know why people start commenting on things that they dont know even . Look there are two pissbilities . as u said you have come back on vacation , it means you had exit re entry visa with you . In that case you can not enter in saudi arabia for two years . Next thing is that you can try new visa if your iqama gets expire in coming months . dont listen people about advising you to get new passport as saudi immigration is controlled by Bio metrics system . they would definitely have your finger prints . so no matter how much you change your passport , you will be caught definitley . Hope it will help you to take right decision .

    I think you will be permanently banned from entering Saudi Arabia. This is like a penalty for you for leaving your employer without formal notice. This is much worse than going back to Saudi from an exit visa and returning back to soon without an NOC. You can try going back with a totally new passport and entering from another entry point other than your last exit point. I said you can try... there is no assurance. All the database of Saudi points of entry and exit for work migrants are interconnected, so there is really a chance that they can identify you even if you have a totally new passport.

    But if your return visa has not yet expired you can still return, only thing is that you have to rebook the ticket which would be quite costly. From what I know, exit visa are only good for 2-3 months the maximum. You mentioned that you are on three months already so its pretty damn sure that its expired. Try to contact your employer if they can give you a new one. The date starts from date it was issued.
